Öl kommt aus Kupplungszug

Moin, bei mir kommt ATF Öl aus dem Kupplungszug der ins Getriebe geht. Also unter der schwarzen Muffe läuft es raus. Gibt irgendwo eine Getriebe Entlüftung, die vielleicht verstopft ist.? Oder im Getriebe ein Dichring defekt?. Hat es schon mal jemand gehabt? Vg

wenns ein sachs 505 automatik motor ist..
dann wird zuvile öl drin sein
es gehören 300ml ATF DEXRON IID oder DEXRON III rein
mehr nicht
da kommt ab und mal nen tropfen raus..das normal

am deckel ist auch ne kontrollöffnung
öl darf nur nachgefüllt werden wenn motor gerade und mühle nicht auf ständer steht

Moin, na ja ich dachte wenn ich es auf DKW Bundeswehr Thema schreibe ist es klar, welcher Motor verbaut ist. . Also es ist eine Bundeswehr P1. Nein, zuviel Öl ist natürlich nicht drauf. Bei meiner Bundeswehr P 505 kommt nichts aus dem Zug., also direkt Aushang vom Kupplungsgehäuse. Eine Entlüftung gibt es ja an dem Motor nicht?. Danke für die Hilfe

entlüftung sollte im deckel sein
ich habe unten den gummi mit kabelbinder fest an die zughülle vom starterzug gemacht
250 ml atf gehören rein
wenn mehr rauskommt war auch mehr drin

Kan geen Duits spreken omdat ik uit België kom.
I have the same problem, with the sachs 504/1a.
It is leaking really much, after one minute already the whole upper engine block is covered in oil. Didn’t put to much in there. I can’t find the airvent on the clutch cover so any ideas?

Hi .. its a automatic engine
which needs only 160-200ml mineral atf (atf DEXRON IID)

above i mentioned 250ml, but thats for the first 505 engines... not 504... my mistake

drain the engine and refill with 160-200ml ATF oil


The gearbox breather is located on the side at the edge of the clutch cover... or via the starter cable

ventilation ist not your problem...there exists nearly no pressure inside the gearbox

Oil / gasoline can come from the overflowing carburetor or a leaking fuel tank connection

We were talking about gear oil above ..it can't get onto the top of the engine. (after one minute already the whole upper engine block is covered in oil)
